Frank Ciaccio has become the Director of Public Safety and Emergency Management for the Houston Airport System. He will oversee all safety and Emergency Management Response for all three Airports. IAH, HOU and EFD. He has also become an Associate working with GoCrisis as a consultant for them doing training, emergency response, and emergency management planning for clients.
