Pamela Pullen

Pamela Pullen is the former chair for the Aviation Emergency Response Organization (AERO), having served in this capacity for several years.  Based in Louisville, Kentucky, she was the Global Aviation Emergency Response Manager for UPS Airlines.  Her responsibilities included coordination of the UPS Family Assistance Support Team (FAST) which is comprised of approximately 225 members.  Within this role, she was responsible for recruiting and training new and existing members, developing & maintaining the emergency response plan, implementing a response effort if needed, and ensuring that all legal requirements were in compliance with Transportation Disaster Assistance Laws.

After the 2010 accident of UPS Flight 06 in Dubai, Pamela supported the family assistance team during care team selections and served on the repatriation committee to bring the lost crew members home.
