Tracey Campbell joined Global Aerospace in December 1997 as a Claims Attorney and was promoted to her current role of Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff in March 2012. During her tenure with Global Aerospace, she has worked on a number of major accounts, responded on-site to aviation accidents and supervised litigation arising from airline accidents. Tracey is a former chair of the ABA Aviation and Space Law committee and has co-authored articles regarding aviation litigation. Prior to joining Global Aerospace, Tracey served as a judicial law clerk and was a partner in a law firm which concentrated its practice on the defense of personal injury cases. She has tried cases to verdict. Tracey has worked as an adjunct professor of Business Law for the University of Phoenix Online.
Tracey obtained her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall School of Law. She is a member of good standing of the New Jersey State Bar and United States District Court.

Mark concentrates his practice on the aviation and transportation industries, including litigation, regulatory administrative and enforcement matters, investigations, airport and aircraft security and employment issues.
Mark has handled numerous safety, enforcement and regulatory matters before the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and other administrative agencies, whether arising from an accident or incident or other material compliance matter, including issues involving the Departments of State, Justice, the Treasury and Homeland Security, and the Transportation Security Administration.
Over the course of a career spanning more than four decades, Mark has tried dozens of jury and non-jury cases, ranging in length from one day to several months, and argued before state and federal appellate courts at all levels. He represented Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. in the landmark Supreme Court case Boyle v. United Technologies, which established the government contractor defense, and in Mounsey v. Allied-Signal, a “friendly fire” litigation, winning the manufacturer’s dismissal from the case after the government invoked the state secrets doctrine to avoid responding to third-party subpoenas.
Mark has counseled and represented numerous airlines, including Alaska Airlines, Arrow Air, Colgan Air, Empire Airlines, Mesa Airlines, National Airlines, SkyWest Airlines, Southwest Airlines, Spirit Airlines, Trans State Airlines, US Airways and Virgin America.
He also advises and represents aviation service providers, including airports, fuelers, ground handlers, fixed base operators, maintenance and overhaul companies, catering companies, security companies, and airframe and other aerospace manufacturers.
Mark is outside general counsel to the Aviation Emergency Response Organization (AERO), which focuses on informing, educating, sharing and providing a forum for emergency response professionals from all aspects of the aviation industry worldwide, as well as the UAS Insurance Association, comprised of the leading aviation insurers providing insurance coverage to the rapidly growing drone industry.

Symposiums

In 2006, recognizing that there was virtually no experience base within individual aviation companies concerning emergency response, Mark founded the annual Aviation Symposium to address best practices in the wake of an accident or incident. The program, which draws hundreds of attendees from all segments of the aviation industry, covers NTSB, FAA and criminal investigations; family/survivor matters; civil litigation; employee and union issues; financial and shareholder concerns; and emergency preparedness issues. More than 400 aviation professionals attended the 11th annual symposium, which included a showcase panel of emergency responders and family assistance personnel of Malaysia Airlines, a virtual reality simulation of an airplane crash, and presentations by the chairman of the NTSB and current and former senior staff members and investigators from the NTSB and FAA.

In 2014, Mark founded the annual UAS Symposium to address the growing body of drone laws and regulations. Panels composed of FAA, insurance and industry representatives discussed such topics as FAA appropriation issues, legal and regulatory obstacles in deployment of anti-drone technologies, the Part 107 waiver process, state and local drone laws, buying and selling UAS services, and other contractual, commercial and insurance issues.

Dennis has been with Southwest Airlines since 2008. He leads Southwest’s Emergency Response Department overseeing a team of experts who plan, train, and respond confidently and compassionately to emergency situations that affect Southwest’s Employees, Customers, and Communities.

In the event of an aircraft accident involving Southwest Airlines, Dennis serves as a leader of the Company’s response and as the on-site air carrier liaison to the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) Office of Transportation Disaster Assistance (TDA) to ensure that Southwest provides assistance to those affected by the accident.

Prior to his role in Emergency Response, Dennis was a Senior Air Safety Investigator at Southwest Airlines, serving as a Lead Investigator and Party Coordinator to the NTSB for incident and accident investigations. During his career as an Air Safety Investigator, Dennis investigated over 150 events including a major hull-loss accident at New York’s LaGuardia airport.

Dennis’ experience spans the full spectrum of preparing and responding to an aircraft accident from developing plans, liaising with internal teams, external organizations, government agencies, and industry experts. He has led responses, deployed to Family Assistance Centers, “kicked tin” at accident sites, and conducted dozens of flight crew Human Factors interviews.

Dennis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Aeronautics with minors in Human Factors, Psychology, and Flight from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is a member of the International Society of Air Safety Investigators (ISASI) and holds a Private Pilot Certificate.

Pamela Pullen serves as the Global Aviation Emergency Response Manager for UPS Airlines, based in Louisville, KY. Her responsibilities include coordination of the UPS Family Assistance Support Team (FAST).  Within this role is the responsibility to train, recruit & educate team members, implement a response effort if needed and ensure all legal requirements are met to comply with Transportation Disaster Assistance Laws.

In addition, she serves as the COVID-19 Healthy at Work Officer for the Air Region.  The Air Region consists of more than 19,000 employees ranging from Flight Crew Members, Aircraft Mechanics, Hub & Air Ramp employees as well as all support functions such as Finance, Engineering, and Information Technology to name a few.  She has been with UPS for more than 35 years and has an extensive background in both Occupational Health & Safety as well as Human Resources.   Pamela supported the UPS Flight 06 Dubai accident in 2010 and served as a member of the Repatriation Planning Committee.  In addition, she is the board chair for the Aviation Emergency Response Organization (AERO). Pamela is a graduate of the University of Louisville with a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Training and Development.

Dana Sims serves as the Family Support Team Coordinator for UPS Airlines, based in Louisville, KY. She has served on the Family Assistance Support Team (FAST) for the past 25 years.  She was activated as a Care Team Member for both the Flight 6 accident in Dubai as well as the Flight 1354 accident in Birmingham, Alabama. In both accidents, she was assigned to support the Captain’s families. Those experiences led her to the role she holds currently as the Family Support Team Coordinator.  Her responsibilities include providing oversight to the Care Team Members in the event of an aviation incident involving UPS Airlines.  She will serve as the sounding board between the families, the FAST Coordinator, UPS Airlines and other local and government entities. She is also instrumental in assisting with the training of current and new care team members and supporting the Global Aviation Emergency Response Manager.

She serves in this role as a volunteer, since its inception in 1996. In addition, she is a Senior Project Coordination Analyst in UPS Airlines IT in Aircraft Maintenance, where she is currently working on the Mobile Mechanic and ADMS Replacement projects as well as their Project Management Office representative. She is very active in her church and volunteers in her community for Scarlet Hope and The Prisoners Hope

Nikki Taylor is the UPS Airlines Occupational Health Nurse supporting the Flight District based in Louisville, KY. She supports all crewmembers worldwide and employees that support flight administration. Nikki supports the Family Assistance Support Team (FAST) as the leader for first notifications to affected family members in the event of an aviation accident. In that role, she oversees the recruiting, training and coordination of volunteers, made up primarily of Occupational Health Nurses, to make the initial contacts. She was part of the Next of Kin Notification Team for Flight 6 in Dubai on September 3, 2010 and Flight 1354 on August 14, 2013 in Birmingham, Alabama.

Nikki has extensive knowledge of Human Resources, Worker’s Compensation and Healthcare Management. She has been with UPS for 32 years in various roles and has served on the Family Assistance Support Team for over 10 years.

Barbara Webster is the Executive Vice President of the Americas for GoCrisis, looking after North America, Central and South America, and the Caribbean. Barbara is a renowned Crisis & Business Continuity expert. She was most recently the Senior Director of Emergency Response and Business Continuity at Spirit Airlines for nine years before joining GoCrisis. She has over 25 years of experience in the field of emergency management, which began in the oil & gas sector in Canada. Prior to her career at Spirit Airlines in Florida, she successfully developed and led WestJet Airlines’ Emergency Response and Family Assistance programs for nine years in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

She has extensive domestic and international response experience which includes a fatal hotel explosion in Playa del Carmen Mexico, aviation accidents in Tripoli, Libya, and Dillingham, Alaska, numerous aircraft-related incidents, a tall ship sinking off the coast of Brazil with high school students, three mass shootings, and multiple hurricanes requiring full facility evacuations. She also led Spirit Airlines’ partnership with Operation Puerto Rico Care-Lift, where she coordinated over 160 tons of relief supplies to Puerto Rico during the 2017/18 Hurricane Season.

Barbara is known internationally as an accomplished presenter, trainer, and facilitator, having spoken at symposia and conferences around the world on the topics of aviation emergency response, business continuity planning, humanitarian assistance, and emergency working groups for airports. She is a citizen of both the United States and Canada, and is currently based out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Barbara is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Aviation Emergency Response Organizations (AERO), having been one of the Founding Board Members and its former Chair prior to accepting the role with GoCrisis.

Penni Nelson oversees the procurement and maintenance of corporate domestic and international insurance for Hillwood Development Group, L.P- a Perot Company.  Hillwood is a leader in the development and acquisition of industrial, office, and multifamily properties across North America and Europe.  She also oversees the insurance requirements for Hillwood’s aviation department including their newest Part 121 Supplemental Air Carrier, Hillwood Airways, LLC.  Hillwood Airways is the FAA’s second airline to meet the Part 5 Safety Management Systems for Air Carriers rule during initial certification of Part 121 Supplemental.

Ms. Nelson is Past President of the Dallas Fort Worth Chapter of the Risk and Insurance Management Society.  She is also a current board member for the Surplus Lines Stamping Office of Texas.  Penni holds a B.S. in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.  She also holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designations.  Penni is licensed for Property & Casualty as well as Risk Manager in the State of Texas.
